Section 6.3 Cognitive-Social Learning
This section takes classical and operant conditioning to a different level. Where the original two theories looked solely on the interaction of stimulus-response, cognitive-social learning places greater emphasis on the individual organism (animal or human) as having a role of what is learned. By investigating the organism’s beliefs, expectations, and emotions, we get a better understanding of what is learned.
