Section 15.2 Behaviour Therapies

This section explores a school of therapies that are based on the learning principles explained in Chapter 6 (Psychology 11 – Module 3) – Behavioural Therapies. In this type of therapy the therapist listens to the client’s maladaptive behaviours and then attempts to change this behaviour with the use of operant and classical conditioning techniques.
